Can I update or change my order?

Please send us an email at Support@TheWellnessPlant.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it.

 

We try to process orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!

Payment

& Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $75. This offer is not valid for AK, HI, outlying territories, or international orders. 

By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies” below. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping drop down menu.


The Wellness Plant, Corp. processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. CST. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery time is calculated in accordance with business days and does not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed even if an expedited shipping method is selected. Unavoidable delay may occur due to extreme weather conditions. Delivery times should only be used as a transit average.  If you need your order faster, please note this in the comments section, and we can provide you with expedited shipping options.

International Shipping: 

We will email you with your shipping charge and with different options for international shipping on request. We insure international orders where possible. We will bill any additional shipping charges to your credit card and email you with the total. 


If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us within 7 days via email at Support@TheWellnessPlant.com so that we may resolve the problem.

Please be advised that we do not replace a lost shipment if the carrier delivered an undamaged parcel to the correct address and the parcel was subsequently removed or damaged by a third, unknown party. You may require “Signature Upon Delivery” for a $2.75 fee through the United States Postal Service.  If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery, please contact us to apply the “Signature Upon Delivery ” option.

 

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item.

Secure Ordering

& Payment Options

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

Returns

& Refunds

We are a small company using only the highest quality organic ingredients, and each batch of product is made under the strictest quality-control guidelines to ensure purity and effectiveness. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but because this is such a labor-intensive process, we do not accept returns or exchanges—except in the case of a product arriving damaged.

 

If you would like personalized recommendations and guidance on choosing the best product for your skin, we’re happy to help! Please just shoot us an email at Support@TheWellnessPlant.com and let us know.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us (and include a photo of the damage) within 7 days of receiving the order and we will arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products beyond the 7-day period. We appreciate your understanding.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from thewellnessplant.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
